Sollan, an Anglo-French leader in the ECM market provides customer assistance in three core businesses: Consulting Services, Integration and Software Publishing. We have over 100 European customer references from different sectors, - administration and public services, banks and insurance companies, industry, services and media. 

Attached to a Consulting Director, you will handle issues related to Enterprise Content Management such as digitization, DMS, workflows and CMS. 

Your initial role will involve taking part in an extensive project for the corporate multimedia document management platform of a large banking corporation. You will be working within a team of 5 on the functional deployment of this platform and will be in charge of the following: 
 

 

Document project management

  • Help Group entities to identify their documentary resources
  • Organize document repositories and classification, and reuse existing content
  • Define validation workflows if required
  • Raise user awareness of the legal context related to the use of media
 

 

Change management and communication

  • Set up multimedia training materials
  • Train and provide support to users
  • Take part in communication actions and the coordination of user communities
  • Ensure active technology intelligence
 

 

Functional administration and support 

  • Help publish and validate content from entities
  • Ensure user monitoring and the use of the platform
 

 

Required qualities :

Strong experience in managing the deployment of IT projects on behalf of project owners. Versatile, independent and responsive, customer-oriented with excellent teaching and communication skills.  

 

Salary : depending on experience

 

Other requirements :

  • 5 years of higher education
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • A good working knowledge of English is required, fluency in other languages is an advantage
