Infinity-Loop

Infinity-loop provides two components that transform Word documents to and from XML:

• downCast converts XML documents valid according to the upCast DTD (and, in fact, any XML document whose DTD can be mapped into the upCast DTD) linked with an external stylesheet to Word and Rich Text Format (RTF) for editing and printing. Combine it with upCast, and you have a combination that offers a unique, streamlined, and integrated XML editing and publishing solution based on the open standards XML, XLink, XSLT and CSS2,
• upCast enables you to use Microsoft Word as an authoring application for XML documents. You can take advantage of the widespread availability and familiar user interface of Word or any other RTF office application for structured document authoring. upCast offers a cost-effective way to reuse existing tools to gain all the benefits of a standardized markup language: XML.
