- Bruno Barret - Chairman & CEO
Bruno developed a software company involved in software for the transportation industry, he joined Systar then Business Objects where he holds different management positions and becomes Divisional Director in France for industry, telecoms and services and World Wide for financial accounts, he were also member of the French Executive Committee. Bruno holds a Doctorate in Business strategy and an MBA in Economy from the University of Paris-Dauphine, as well as a Master in Business Law from the University Paris II.
- Thomas Dechilly - CTO & Executive Director
Thomas Dechilly is a specialist in documentary technologies for the Web and an expert in Java and XML applications. As an INA researcher, he worked with the WC3 (World Wide Web Consortium) and he defined ISO standards for MPEG-7. As manager in the department of research and development at the Institut National de l'Audiovisuel (INA), he was responsible for many innovative European Web projects (ACTS Diceman, etc) and was technical manager of a leading team which developed documentary technologies for the Web. He has considerable experience in managing technical engineering teams for large, innovative Web projects, from concept to integration. He holds a Doctorate in Computer Engineering and has completed postgraduate doctorate studies in Human Sciences and Technologies, with an emphasis on knowledge management.
- Mark Steed - CFO
Mark Steed is a Chartered Accountant, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Member of the Securities Institute. He has worked over a number of years with emerging companies and is currently a director of a British stockbroking company specialising in raising finance for new companies through the London Stock Market.
