Webdocument®
The writing and management of documents are well established processes in a company. However, even though a document is first and foremost created to be read and to bring knowledge, shared understanding, the diffusion processes and recoveries are today non existent.
 The Webdocument® solution allows the enrichment of the existing document infrastructure (reference files, ECM, PDM…) with a simple and efficient Web diffusion of documents. This solution is incorporated into the rolled out tools and software packages, while meeting needs such as:
• Direct access to information contained within the documents,
• Optimization of the bandwidth load by only downloading desired parts,
• Homogenization of the diffusion graphic chart, in order to facilitate the expression of the contents and to respect the presentation standards in effect in the company
Webnote®
The Webnote® solution allows each collaborator who has the permission, to add notes and comments to the documents published with the Webdocument® tool. Each collaborator can thus:
 • Identify an area in a document (section, sub-section, paragraph, illustrations…) that he/she would like to add a comment to,
• Characterize the comment in the manner in effect in the company (revision note, comment, feedback…),
• Activate, if desired and according to his/her permission, the sharing of the comment with users of a same group,
• Peruse the notes and comments in order to eventually add details or answers to notes added by other collaborators.
All the comments can be managed by a moderator, which will thus allow:
• To take into consideration experience feedbacks by forwarding them to the appropriate personnel,
• To share the diffusion of some notes,
• To archive the notes.
